Health literacy is important for everyone because it helps us learn about our health, understand health information, and make decisions about our health. It is especially important for those who may not have access to the best health care or who may not be able to understand the language used by health providers. By improving health literacy, we can improve our overall health and wellbeing.

Improving health literacy is done by reading, learning, and asking questions. This is also done by staying up-to-date on health news and information, and by talking to your doctor about any health concerns you may have. If you’re not sure where to start, there are many resources available to help you improve your health literacy.

Here are a few helpful tips:

1. Read, learn, and ask questions regarding your health

2. Stay up-to-date on health news and information

3. Talk to your doctor about health concerns

4. Make efforts to increase your health literacy
